Anodizing is an electro-chemical process that can be affected by many variables. Material choice, dye or catalyst concentration, tank temperature, time in the dye/rinse tanks, and various other factors can affect the color of the final anodized part. Type 3 anodizing is especially susceptible to these changes. The difference in alloy type (6061 vs 7075) between our handguards and receivers is also creates a point of color variation. We have worked with our Anodizing partner to mitigate as much color variation as possible, but it is inherent to the process and cannot be avoided. While the color will be relatively close, you should expect to see variation between parts.

M4E1 Stripped Lower Receiver

The M4E1 Lower Receiver delivers billet aesthetics in a forged package. This custom-designed enhanced forging is machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum and compatible with all mil-spec AR15 parts. Aside from the visual upgrades, this custom-engineered design provides features that challenge much more expensive billet options and simplify the assembly process for the at-home builder.

M4E1 Lower Receiver Improvements:

• Threaded Bolt Catch Roll Pin - Allows for simple installation of the bolt catch and virtually eliminates the chance to damage the finish during installation (pin included). 1/16" Hex Key required for assembly.
• Integrated Trigger Guard - Eliminates the possibility of breaking the trigger guard tabs by integrating the trigger guard into the lower, creating a stronger more rigid platform to build upon.
• Upper Tension Screw - Allows users to fine tune the fit of the upper and lower receiver using a nylon tipped tensioning set screw inserted in the grip tang of the lower receiver. This provides a tight fit with any standard AR15 upper receiver.
• Threaded Takedown Pin Detent Recess - Allows user to easily install the Takedown Pin detent and spring with the use of a 4-40 set screw (no more launching detents across the room).
• Increased Magwell Flare - Increased the flare of the magwell to aid in quick and efficient magazine changes.
• Marked and milled to accept short-throw safety selectors, but will work with standard selectors as well.

M4E1 Threaded Assembled Upper Receiver

The M4E1 Threaded Upper Receiver features a new angular machined design that helps it stand apart from standard mil-spec upper receivers. This upper receiver features the same enhanced body profile as our M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver but is threaded to accept a standard AR15 barrel nut. It is forged from 7075-T6 Aluminum, precision machined to work with all mil-spec AR15 parts and includes the port door and forward assist pre-installed.

The M4E1 Threaded Upper Receiver is designed to pair perfectly with our new M4E1 Lower Receiver, giving you a billet looking receiver set at a fraction of the billet price.

ATLAS R-One 15" Handguard

The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It features 2 mirrored tapered locking nuts that provide evenly distributed clamping pressure across a custom engineered barrel nut with use of a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further secures the design while providing positive registration during installation. By design, the even pressure of the ATLAS system avoids distortion of the handguard often seen with current applications during installation.

All hardware mounting parts are included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard.
